Decalog bikers

Mountain-biking or mountain biking is a sport that consists of traveling mountain trails, on uneven and difficult terrain, using a bicycle specially built for this type of activity. Careful: mountain biking is a sport that can expose you to accidents and injuries! Practicing mountain biking is strictly the personal option of the cyclists and is done directly at their own risk. In the Bike Resort Sinaia there are specially marked trails for mountain biking.

Always wear a helmet and protective gear – gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, back protector.

Check that the bike and equipment are in perfect working order.

Properly assess your physical capabilities and personal experience level before choosing the route.

Be sure when entering the trail or crossing sections of other trails or roads.

Consider the possible presence of other vehicles or motorized machinery.

Always protect the riders in front of you.

Go at a speed you can control and avoid skidding when not necessary.

Avoid stopping in sections where you cannot be seen.

Only use trails marked for biking and only in the downward direction.

You are in the Bucegi Natural Park; respect and protect the environment.

Avoid wild animals, do not feed or challenge them.

In case of any incidents, notify the Salvamont crews.

Civilized behavior is mandatory. Respect the regulations of the Sinaia Gondola, staff, tourists and other riders.

Access to the gondola by persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages or substances prohibited by law is not permitted.

The gondola staff reserves the right to deny access to the gondola to people who do not comply with these regulations or those of the Sinaia Gondola.
